There are three ways to access Corton, the first heading towards the village of Corton, a road will turn off on the left hand side heading from Lowestoft. This turn off, is just before the bottom of a hill with a dip (and traffic island) at the bottom. The carpark here, is also used for the 'pitch & putt' golf park. You may note that this is the old entrance to Pleasurewood hills. From here, a footpath, crossing the road, will lead down to the beach. Be warned if taking children, that this is a popular nudist beach.

Often, this car park is closed during the winter months but you can park along the side of the main road, on the grass verge.

The second way to access Corton, is to drive into Corton village and (from Lowestoft) to your right, a lane will take you directly onto the beach.

The third and most difficult way to access Corton, is to drive through the village, past many bends and on your right (from Lowestoft) is a entrance with a 'Anglia Water' Barrier. This is the old sewage works which is not being used. Park somewhere near, but DO NOT block the entrance to this lane, it is used by farm vehicles. From here, a footpath, will take you to the cliff edge, then depending on the current level of slippage, you will need to find the best way down the less steepest part of the cliff. (Taking into account that you will also need to climb back up). This will take you directly onto the best part of the beach.
